My experience at Foxfire was stellar all because of my agent, Christi Cheeks. I could not have found a better agent to sell my home, however, she became my agent due to her concern for me as a neighbor in need. I had suffered a life threatening incident and Christi came by daily to check on me and when it was determined that I needed to sell my home and move back to NJ with my son, only then did I know that Christi was an agent. I of course gave her the listing, how could I not with all the help she was giving me. It was due to her dedication to her job and me that she was able to sell my home without the buyers even coming to Florida. It sold due to the beautiful pictures that were taken with the help of Christi's staging. I was pleased with the sale price, which is what I wanted, and the speed with which it closed.
